Spotxel 1.7: Orange-packing support and stronger spot finding.

17 May 2017 – Spotxel® supports orange-packing and improves on spot finding and noise processing.

The new version 1.7 of Spotxel® supports orange-packing (hexagonal grids); you can now load grids with hexagonal spots, aligning them with the image automatically, and quantifying the grids conveniently.

The new version can better find spots having weak signal, and is able to processing small defects that are contained within or connected with the spot signal.
