Images by LI-COR Odyssey Scanners and Smearing Processing

24 Aug 2015 - Support TIFF images by LI-COR Odyssey scanners and process noise due to smearing.

Spotxel 1.3 and PepSlide Analyzer 2.1 now support the TIFF images generated by LI-COR Odyssey microarray scanners, enable processing of noise signal due to smearing, and stabilize the software further with a number of bug fixes.

The users can thus use Spotxel and PepSlide software with a wide range of microarray scanners. The support of additional image formats is part of our offer: customization of our software to the user's microarray platform is supported.
