Spotxel® Microarray

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of Spotxel® software (for microarray image analysis) Version 3.3 in July 2024. This update will include:

  • Fractional spot spacing and diameter support
  • Graphical GAL file editor
  • Compatibility with 24-bit TIFF grayscale images
  • AI-driven spot finding methods
  • Improved automatic array alignment
  • UI bug fixes
